We now know the culprit in the garden! Also, melons, new plants, saving seeds, cousins are pitted against each other, and a ‘once in a life time honor’.
The garden culprit was actually a deer who could jump in and out of a very small enclosure. We discovered the nightly visitor on the thermal binoculars. Melons, Pond, and Family pictures
The first honeydew melons from our garden, along with some cantaloupe, were harvested today. The smaller cantaloupe was split and not mature. The larger cantaloupe will be cut this week.
