Pete and Felipe tried their luck at fly fishing at the farm. They both said it was a great day.
The boys built a little hut from the trees that the goats have knocked down over the past year. The goats will love playing in the structure until they manage to destroy it.
Everyone got to pull carrots and take them home. Obviously, we should have had a little more sand in the soil. Sandy soil (or little soil resistance) helps produce straight carrots.
The weather for Farm Day was perfect and our kids seem to actually enjoy all of the feeding, petting and holding by their visitors.
