Tsunami is finally adjusting to the much, much smaller herd of goats at our farm.

Below: One of Tsunami’s twins, Gwen, also seems happy in her new home. The new owner sent recent pictures of Gwen on a Trampoline and in a birdbath that Gwen has claimed as her own.


Below: What happens when you don’t harvest all of your lettuce? Like most plants, lettuce goes into a reproductive cycle which includes flowers and seed production. Below are pictures of the lettuce plant (long after the stage where we harvest it for our salad). Note the yellow buds in the pictures below. The second picture shows the leaves below the buds which do resemble the Romaine lettuce we harvest in the earlier growth stages of this plant.
