Garlic, Blueberry, & String bean harvest, and family pictures for Mother’s Day weekend.

Ike visited the farm this weekend. First on the agenda was harvesting the garlic and hanging it to dry.

Platting the garlic to hang for two weeks took four hands.

Below: Ike helped harvest more blueberries.

Ike also harvested green beans and pruned the giant pumpkins. Only one pumpkin is allowed to grow on each plant of Atlantic Giants so that a large pumpkin is grown. The smaller pumpkins will have more than one pumpkin per plant.
