Our goats remember that Bruce keeps corn in the back of his vehicle. The goats follow the vehicle around when Bruce drives through the goat yard. In order to pass through the gates, we have to throw corn to distract the goats. When Miracle was a small kid, she had a Thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency. Miracle had trouble walking and shook constantly. Dr. Ann gave Miracle a thiamine injection and the problems disappeared within fifteen minutes. After that, Miracle was given special treatment by Bruce. When all the other goats ran for the corn, Bruce always held back some corn and dropped it for just Miracle. To this day, Miracle still waits for her “special portion” of corn.
