Today, we checked the corn. Our harvest date is supposed to be June 28th, but we were hoping to find some corn that would be good for dinner.
The campers found two blackberries and enough raspberries to eat with dessert.
Even in the heat, everyone wanted to try the zip line and the ninja rope.
During the hottest part of the day, we moved into the air conditioning to design art aprons with puff paint, work on map puzzles, and paint with acrylics. Flip through the slide show to see their work.
The campers checked three bird houses. They found one baby blue bird, four bluebird eggs, and an empty nest.
Below is a different variety of sunflower with many flowers on one plant. The picture below that is a passion flower that is blooming on our fence.
