Garlic
These are the scapes. They are essentially the flower of the garlic plant. Zinnias and Sunflowers
The Zinnias and Sunflowers have sprouted, but no flowers yet. The sunflowers are on the very back row of the larger picture above. Sunflowers grow much faster than Zinnias as you will see from our future posts.

Some Flowers are blooming 4-13-23
Geraniums are starting to bloom. These plants do not require much water and like some sun. You can break off pieces of the stem and root them with a little effort. My mother-in-law used to save the branches through the winter and stick them in the ground in the ground every spring.
