Peanut is very protective of Brittle. Peanut will either hides Brittle in the well house or stay by her side all day long. Both Peanut and Brittle will be staying at the farm as most of the other goats find new homes.

Below: The first four pictures are blackberry flowers and the newly forming blackberries. Most of these berries are green now, but they will turn black as they finally ripen. Hopefully, these blackberries will be thornless, and seedless as advertised. The fifth picture below is our first raspberry of the season. If you look closely, you will see the remains of a flower on the upper left of the picture. You can also see at least three raspberries showing the color changes that occur as a raspberry ripens.

Below: Our pineapple guava bushes have finally flowered. Two of these bushes are required in order for a pineapple guava to produce fruit. As you know, the first step to fruit is the production of flowers. As soon as the bees get busy and pollinate these flowers, we should start seeing our first fruit on these bushes. The third picture is the muscadine grape vine which is finally (after a year) beginning to grow. Stay tuned for future grapes!
