Ferriday, Louisiana pond supplied a bass weighting 3.5 pounds and another (pictured below) weighting 4 pounds in a total of three casts. Then no bites for the rest of the morning.
As usual, the alligators were out in full force today.

Golf Camp is in full swing. Obviously, it is a little hot to be enthusiastic about using a driver.
The cousins are all taking golf together. Don’t worry about the heat, because they all headed to the pool as soon as the lessons were over.
The DC crew has finally been released from the classroom. All three will be headed to the farm in Mississippi by Monday. Stay tuned to see them harvest the corn next week with the help of another cousin.
