Not all of our gardens are fenced and some of the fences can be easily jumped by deer. Our good friend, Dr. Carter, suggested we purchase a product to spray the fruit trees and blueberries. We also make an invisible fence around areas we want to be “deer free”.

So far, this has been very effective. Just look at the video caught by the trail cam of a deer finding the liquid fence. The instructions say you spray two or three weeks for three applications. The animals are supposed to learn that the liquid fence exist and avoid the area. We still spray every 4 to 5 weeks because one night of deer feasting could do a lot of damage to our fruit trees.
