Watermelon, Tsunami, Night Vision, Caterpillars, and Family

Our second watermelon patch has fruit! This watermelon is a different variety than the melons we harvested in August. The melon will have to get a little larger for us to determine the variety.

Guess who looks fine today? Tsunami is no longer limping.

BELOW: Night Vision binocular pictures of 1. Two deer in the woods, 2. Goats on a concrete pipe 3. Bats flying above the trees.

BELOW: The Gulf Fritillary caterpillars have totally decimated the Passion flower on the fence. Watch the Gulf Fritillary Butterflies search for leaves on which to lay their eggs. They will have to find a different Passion Flower.

Congrats to Camille for getting Gymnast of the Month! The night vision shots below are goats on the left and deer on the right.
