The 14 pictures above are our fruit trees. The first 8 pictures are the apple trees and apple blossoms. 9-13 are the fig trees from Preston. The 14th is the top of the pear tree and shows the bugs that infested the new growth. We broke off these few leaves and sprayed the trees to kill the bugs before they infested all of the fruit trees.
The slideshow above is of our blueberries and fruit trees. 1 through 7 are blueberries in different stages. Blueberries will NOT continue to ripen or get sweeter after picking, so never pick blueberries early. A blueberry will almost come off in your hand when it is ripe. If you have to pull hard, don’t!! You will be picking an unripe berry.
