Parsley is a wonderful herb that we use in preparing many dishes- however, like many plants, parsley will flower and eventually make seeds. This parsley is in the process of flowering and producing seeds. You can still use the leaves at the lower portions of the plant for cooking.
The small piece of Thyme we planted has flourished.
Look closely in the upper left of this picture. Do you see the flowers? (They are tiny and white.). The cycle of producing flowers, being pollinated, and producing seeds has begun.
